getting lazy...
in a lot of ways...
anyway...28 august events..
jess's birthday. she wanted to go out in the afternoon but nita and i were anxiously waiting for her flowers to arrive so yeaaaaah. couldn't go anywhere. last minute mini freakout because i'd just opened my gmail which i don't check as frequently as my hotmail and i saw jess' mum's email and i went ohhhhhhhhh crap. last minutes calls here and there thanks to nita and we gaotimed the situation so everything was fine and dandy.
oh yeah in the afternoon i made seaweed soup and fried up dumplings. and me jess and nita watched oprah. hahaha.
at night we went to hogs breath cafe in northbridge. I ATE A STEAK! A COW! BEEF! MEDIUM RARE! RED IN THE MIDDLE! IT WAS GOOOOOOOOOOOOD. XD never going to have it again any time soon though. i was pretty much struggling at the end of the meal trying to finish everything. and imagine i had a lite cut! there was a traditional cut which jess took and a mega cut which jason took which was insane. the damn meat was like... 1 inch thick. gilerrr. nita tapaued hers. XD
and i drank a cocktail. yup.
too lazy to go into details though...but i had the hickory smoked steak lite cut, with salad and fries. and an extra order of avocado. and my cocktail had lychee liquor something and cranberry juice. no i didn't get drunk. duh.
yes i like avocado. i will we had fresh prawns here so i can make avocado and prawn salad. omg yummy. i need to buy mayonaise. kewpie~ alamak laparlah. baegopa~
i paid the bill thanks to jess's mummy we had a very nice dinner. a flurry of activity to get the bill paid behind jess's back; not literally, because i'm not that good of an actress and according to jess, we all suck anyway so yeah. harhar. and we all found out that jason is a really bad photographer. nuff said.
din do much after that. wanted to go for a night walk at kings park; never mind that a body was found there quite recently...but it started to rain heavily as we got out of the car. wtf right. in the end, jess took some pictures of perth's nightlights which turned out really nice. basically we jsut yao che hor in jason's car...he didn't particularly bring us to anywhere special which just shows how SAD perth is. and it was raining too. and it was also tuesday which meant that gelare was half off but sadly we were all too full. i was dreaming of chocolate chip cookie dough icecream though...maybe this friday we get to go to carousel.
anyway i'm sleepy and later a real estate agent is going to come and check out if we've burned the house down and i've jsut finished a novel so yeah. i'm happy so far because all of the books i've bought this month have been really good books. portrait of dorian gray i need to reread but it was very enjoyable and coin locker babies was good too. i'm used to the weirdness of japanese novels so yeah, but can't handle haruki murakami's books though. i've learnt my lesson i think, no more buying his books! don't think this ryu murakami is related to haruki tho. and ryu only has like 1 full length novel out...the rest are like one shot types....? short stories! doh. -.-;; i read blink by malcolm gladwell in borders and i liked it so much i got it. 3 books for the price of 2 mah. will reread it soon. just finished paolo coelho's the devil and miss prym the day before yesterday and it was good too. and shortly before in one shot i finished kate veitch's listen which was really good. well developed characters and all that. i'm left with khaled hosseini's a thousand splendid suns now.
i think i need to break the habit of speedreading. and omg please stop me from buying books people. i may be forced to use the secret weapon if i'm not careful. _ _
thanks to motivation which came out from nowhere i finished one of my assignments roughly. of course it helped that jess was doing it at the same time so every five seconds i was whining to her. haha thank you jess~ 사랑해~ what would i do without jess mwaha. luckily haehae is not prone to going to yesung. o.O
sorry shushu ignored you for a bit yesterday because i'm on LAN so couldn't bring my lappie to the living room boo...and my laptop is big. _ _ and omg where is that capture i promised you. soon soon XD
I AM HUNGRY.
and it's time to go to sleep. seriously.
anyway. since it's already nearly 4 am then i should say...

anyway hope my mummy receives my card in time and now i hafto get a card for daddy too soon. after another month. might send him a pressie...maybe a didgeridoo instrumental cd. maybe. if i still have money by then. XD which i shall have, even if i have to starve stop buying books & cds. XD oh wait i just remembered that my mum very shiok sendiri said they wanted to come over. O.o we'll see. we'll see.
AND PLEASE LET IT BE A NEW MONTH SOON! SO THE INTERNET SPEED GOES UP!
though thank you very much, westnet conenction, even though you ARE slower than usual i still managed to finish my hana kimi download for ep9. so thank you very much, and do you mind just speeding it up a little for my saiyuki reload dls? thank you, thank you.
oh well i think i shall just switch off my laptop lah. between the msn and the IE and the mozilla and the MS word... super laggy. let's leave it to that.

edit. haiyaaaaaah i wanan go sleep d then realise i made the font black colour after the pink one. celaka now hafto edit and i dunno what to do to make it the original colour.
stupid lah
incidentally i don't like multicoloured posts (hi mel i still read your blog tho but i just highlight everything harhar) and i don't like music playing in blogs. if the streaming is slow and there is an obviously PAUSE button then i don't mind. but if the music is hidden and embedded...see lah i get pissed.
