watching chef wan on AFC and i cannot believe how horrible the production is
colors look washed out and the audio production is just nonexistent.
someone stick a lapel mic on the dude!
too horrible to watch so i switched to the newly rebranded tlc and...it's showing reruns of man vs food.

made faux okonomiyaki today. it's a bit dense but they're chockful of ingredients. and okonomiyaki sauce + kewpie + bonito flakes = okonomiyaki regardless of the texture wtf
i used cabbage, canned sweet corn, carrots and tuna in my pancakes. prefer those without tuna because i like the combination of crunchy cabbage and corn (ccc!) with the soft okonomiyaki batter.
wanted to make cookies but i realised im not going to have containers to store them...thought of making a custard teacake but i'm going to need milk...which i'm too lazy to go down to the minimart to buy WTF
so maybe that's the plan for tomorrow. to bake a cake!
i just realised i've only made brownies, butter streusel cake and custard teacakes. and choc chip cookies, peanut butter cookies and butter cookies. i should add more baked goods to my repertoire...
